Biography

Early life

Scott was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Her mother Gloria McFarlin was a teacher and her father Randolph Scott a pastor.

Music was a constant in Scott's life as her father and two uncles sang in a group called the Scott Three in the 1970s. By age six, Scott had begun singing in church, weddings, and local talent shows. She lives with her husband (Darnell), and daughters Taniyah and Armani.
